Dawn Evers Zajicek Leasing Associate
In 1984, Dawn began her career in commercial real estate in the commercial title insurance industry. During her career, she was a commercial closer, manager and VP of Business Development. She handled a wide range of commercial property types including office, retail, multi-family, assisted living, hospitality, industrial and raw land, with transactions ranging from local, small deals to multi-state, multi-million dollar transactions.
Dawn joined the Moody Rambin team in 2005 as a Tenant Representative. Dawn is relationship driven both with her clients and her peers. However, with her analytical skills and attention to detail, she adds value to transactions by understanding the numerous nuances of the complicated commercial lease document, analyzing current market data and presenting information to clients in laymans terms. Coming from a background driven by customer service, she is passionate about assuring the absolute best service to her clients and strives for nothing less than their total satisfaction and the best negotiated deal.

Dawn is a native Texan who grew up in Houston. In 2003, she married her former college sweetheart, Randy. They live in Spring, Texas with Austin and Alanna.
Personal Interests
Dawn enjoys socializing, gardening, playing golf, skeet shooting, hunting, water sports and roller blading. In addition to her family and friends, the love of her life is her cocker spaniel, Dori.
