Michael Townsend Senior Vice President
Mike Townsend joined Moody Rambin Interests in 1996 as Vice President over the Tenant Representation Division. He has over eighteen years experience in the Houston real estate market. Prior to joining Moody Rambin Interests, he had eight years experience with Gerald Hines Interests in property management and leasing in the Houston, Galleria market. Mike offers a unique perspective on Commercial Real Estate transactions, from spending half of his career representing Landlord's and their assets to representing companies and tenants. He now focuses on real estate solutions including National and International firms. His sales history includes over 200 transactions and more than a million square feet. Mike's goal is to provide fast, comfortable commercial real estate solutions with immediate response.

Mike is married to Monique and has four sons; Justin, Joshua, Jarett and Jacob. He has been a committeeman and member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for twelve years. He is also a member of Raveneaux Country Club and an avid golfer.
