Randy Frnka Vice President Tenant Representation
Randy L. Frnka has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas since 1983 and specializes in the area of tenant representation. During his tenure as a real estate professional, he has demonstrated the ability to understand and effectively implement both the short and long term objectives of a company into lease negotiations.
Randy began his real estate career in 1984, joining a small, independent brokerage firm to concentrate in the area of client representation. In mid 1985, he began representing landlords as well, in order to better understand the landlords way of thinking. The knowledge he acquired as a landlord representative is invaluable to the process of effectively negotiating a lease or purchase on behalf of the tenant clients he represents.
Randy launched his own company in 1993 to solely focus on representing tenants in negotiations to lease or purchase office space. As a sole proprietor, he was able to give his clients personalized service, not only during negotiations, but after the sale as well. This tenant-oriented approach is most welcomed by his clients.
Randy rejoined Moody Rambin Interests in May 2007 in order to increase the types of services he can offer his clients. Thus, he looks forward to better servicing the needs of current and future clients. With over 600 closed transactions in his career, he brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to negotiations. Family Life
Randy is married to his lovely wife, Jennifer. Between them, they have three daughters, Alexandra, Sarah and Scarlett. Randy is a native Texan, growing up in Bay City and then attending Texas A&M University. He and his family reside in Sugar Land.
Personal Interests
Randy enjoys spending time with his family, especially attending his childrens activities, such as sporting activities and performing arts. He spent several years as a coach for Alexs softball team. Randy also enjoys listening to his wife sing either in on-stage performances or karaoke. His other hobbies include, camping, golf and home projects.
